The controls are from the analogue age. Can we upgrade this house with smart technology to add convenience features, improve security and reduce energy consumption?
Of course, smart home tech isn't new, but it's traditionally been for high-end homes with a high-end price tag and miles of specialist cabling. In this series, we add the latest off the shelf smart devices and install them with minimal changes to the house wiring.
