By train:
Lineside Studios is a short walk from Skipton Railway Station
The station operates regular train services to:
- London via Leeds -3 hours
- Leeds - 45 mins
- Bradford - 40 mins
- Carlise - 2 hours
By air:
Skipton doesn't have an international airport - yet!
- Manchester Airport - 60 miles (1hr 15mins)
- Leeds Bradford Airport - 20 miles (44 mins)
By boat:
Skipton is located on the Leeds to Liverpool Canal - arriving by narrowboat from Leeds will take about 20 hours!
You can moor your boat a short 10-minute walk from the studio.
Local accommodation:
Skipton is a popular tourist destination and has lots of accommodation choices. We recommend the following hotels and guest accommodation:
- Herriots Hotel - Located opposite Skipton Station and a few minute's walk from our studio. Plenty of car parking spaces.
